At Samaya Kidwai, each outfit is carefully made with attention to detail and quality. Our skilled team spends time and effort to ensure that your piece is perfect, using only the best fabrics. Once your order is placed, we begin the process of crafting your outfit.

Because of this, we require an initial down payment to start the work, and this payment is non-refundable. It helps cover the cost of materials, design planning, and our team’s efforts.

We understand that buying a custom outfit is a personal decision. To ensure fairness for all of our customers, please note the following guidelines:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
  • Custom-sized pieces are made just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a genuine defect.
  • All custom-sized orders require 100% advance payment to begin production.
  • For regular sizes, we will only offer a refund or exchange if there is a manufacturing defect.

Since each outfit is made to your specific measurements, we ask that you place your order only when you’re completely sure about the design and timeline.
