Orders and payments


All orders must be placed through our official website or showroom.

  • Custom orders require 100% advance payment to begin production.
  • Ready-to-wear pieces may require a partial deposit.
  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.


2. Pricing and availability


Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We do our best to keep product availability updated, but items may become unavailable without warning.
  • International taxes, customs duties, and shipping costs are not included in the product price.


3. Shipping policy


  • Casual wear is shipped within 4 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
  • Formal wear is shipped within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Custom pieces may take longer due to design complexity.
  • International shipping times vary depending on the courier and destination country.

4. Returns, Refunds And Exchanges


We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Custom-sized pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective.

  • Ready sizes may be exchanged or refunded only in case of a manufacturing defect.

  • Please ensure you are certain of your design and timeline before placing an order.

5. Intellectual property


All content on our website—including designs, photographs, logos, and text—is the property of Samaya Kidwai and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.
